Our Design Service

Listed below are our four main services. However we are very flexible so please do discuss your requirements with us so we can provide the service you wish.

Consultation
This service provides ‘advice’ only to our clients .For example on window treatments, helping to choose fabrics, colours etc. Prior to consultation, Fiona will ascertain the clients requirements. Consultations are charged at an hourly rate.

Freshen up
Sometimes we would like to change our window treatments or buy a few pieces of furniture. This service provides consultation, advice and sourcing. This service can also be implemented. Charged at an hourly rate or agreed fixed fee.

Design Concept for one room or more
This service includes consultation with client, room survey, basic floor plan sketch and mood board displaying fabric and soft furnishings. This is charged a flat fee per room or at an hourly rate.

Complete Design
This service includes consultation with client, room survey, mood board, floor plans, contractors plans, lighting plans, all furnishings sourced and supplied. This can then be moved if client wishes to implementation stage. The designer will undertake the whole project using clients preferred contractors or her own. Usually charged as a percentage of total cost.
